Check in with the Walmart app to let us know you’re on your way. If you don’t have the Walmart app, you can call the store directly. Find the phone number under the store’s address in your Ready for Pickup email.

Delivery of your order

If you have received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay, call the store. The phone number is displayed in your app when you arrive at the pickup location.

Use FedEx Office Pickup for your Walmart.com order
Live somewhere without a Walmart close by? Many items can be ordered online from Walmart and then sent to your nearest FedEx location, where you can pick them up for free. Orders will be held for five business days.
