Salary scale
Fixed salary of Rs.19950/- per month for five years. As per 7th Pay Commission (Pay Matrix 19900-63200).

Age limit
18 to 30 years age limit for female health worker and 18 to 31 years age limit for multi-purpose health worker. Relaxation in age limit is available as per rules.
Application Fee
Unreserved category candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.400/- online only. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Caste, Socially Educational Backward Class and A/N Class level candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.200/- online only.
