Chance of scattered rain for 7 days
Forecasting the rains in Gujarat, the Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of scattered rains in the state for the next 7 days. While Gujarat will receive normal rainfall in the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, light to moderate rain may occur in Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Mehsana and Ahmedabad. So there will be rain along with wind in Narmada, Chotaudepur, Dahod and Porbandar.
No chance of heavy rain
Forecasting South Gujarat, the Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of rain in Surat, Navsari, Tapi, Dang. On the other hand, there will be moderate rain in Junagadh and Gir Somnath. Further, the Meteorological Department said that there is no chance of heavy rain as no system is active at present. While Gujarat will have normal rainfall due to the rain trough in North India.
